Shipping Costs
The customer will pay for return shipping, We realize that it is not your fault if a product is defective, but please understand it is not our fault if a product is defective -- we ship what our distributors & manufacturers provide us with. This is why we share the shipping costs associated with a return replacement. The customer will pay for return shipping, and we will pay to ship the replacement. All the replacement will be done by Ground Service. We cannot offer our everyday low prices and absorb the full cost of handling return shipments.
Package Damaged or Lost
Shipping damage and lost packages must be claimed to the shipping carrier at the time of delivery. If some items are missing, it needs to be reported to Comtek Computers II Inc. within 24 hours as well as shipping carrier
Compatibility
Comtek Computers II Inc. provides technical specifications listed on our website, so that you can make an educated buying decision. For further information or questions beyond what is listed, please check with the manufacturer. Comtek Computers II Inc. can not guarantee compatibility.
Refund
Shipping charges are not refundable. All non-defective products returned to Comtek Computers II Inc. for refund are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The 25% restocking fee may be charged on the base of current price. Products must be returned within 30 days from the date of the original invoice. Memory must be returned within 10 days from the date of invoice. No returns on any type of CPUs. All returns require an RMA number to be assigned from our customer service department. If you received free shipping as part of a promotion or special the actual cost incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to manufacturer's policies, Comtek Computers II Inc. can not accept refunds or returns on All Software, Retail Boxed Processors, Notebooks, Blank Media Cartridges, Printer Cartridges. Defective merchandise can be returned to the manufacturer directly.
RMA Replacement
Comtek Computers II Inc. will pay the replacement shipping back to customers with the insured ground service. However, if the product sent back from customer is under normal function condition, Comtek Computers II Inc. will apply the handling charge on customer. Comtek Computers II Inc. does not offer advanced replacement.
Handling Charges for Redelivery
If customers put the wrong delivery addresses on the sales orders, we have to request UPS to redeliver. UPS will charge $10 for redelivery. We will apply this expense and $5 more handling fee to your credit card account.
Non-Deliverable Shipping Addresses
Comtek Computers II Inc. ships to addresses in the 48 Contiguous United States, with the following exceptions:

If the product you have ordered is currently unavailable at our warehouse location or any of our retail stores,.this item may not have been available either when you ordered it originally or another customer's order placed ahead of yours may have depleted the available inventory. We apologize for this inconvenience.
Many backordered items are restocked within 7 - 10 days. With that in mind, we will keep your order open and do our best to ship the item you ordered. If you would like to cancel your order, you must get the confirmation of the cancellation.
For items that are not in stock, we will notify you by e-mail. We will provide you with estimated time of arrival (ETA dates) for any backordered products or offer you another in stock similar replacement.
Note:
We only ship orders to those shipping addresses that are on file with your card-issuing bank.
All credit card orders are subject to verification and approval by the card-issuing bank. Comtek Computers II Inc. only ships to the billing address of the credit card.
The billing information must be entered exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Please check your statement for accuracy to avoid delays in processing your order.
We don't accept international credit cards.

All credit card information is processed through Authorize.net. Comtek Computers II Inc. only receives a small portion of your credit card information for verification purchases.

Pricing and Typographical Errors
Due to the fast pace of the computer industry, all prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to list the most accurate, up to the minute information. Despite our efforts, some items on our website may be mis-priced. If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical, photographical, or technical error or error in pricing from our vendors, Comtek Computers II Inc. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price.
If your credit card has already been charged for the incorrect price, we will immediately refund your card and cancel your order. You may also repurchase it for the correct price if you wish to.
Due to the volatility in pricing for computer products, we do not match competitor's pricing and we will not offer price protection.. eg. If Intel drops the price of a processor 5 days after your purchase, that is beyond our control and our cost for that same processor when we shipped is also much higher than our current selling price. We will not be able to refund the difference since we had to purchase the processor at a much higher cost to send it to you when you placed your order.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or phone order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order. Comtek Computers II Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.

Title Transfer
